About The Instructors:

Commander Robert J. Fabrey is the CEO of training for the Internation Police Tactical Academy and is known as an expert in the field of training worldwide. He has trained all 50 states as well as federal agencies such as the FBI, US Customs, and the National Security Agency. Commander Fabrey is a board member of the United States Marine Corps - Close Combat Training Instructor, and was the Chief Instructor for the 1996 Summer Olympics Law Enforcement Team in Atlanta, GA.

He is a 10th Degree Black Belt in martial arts with over 46 years of experience. The "Ice Master" holds four world records in breaking ice. Hanshi Fabrey is recognized in four Halls Of Fame. A 25 year, highly decorated, retired police officer has given Bob the interest to continue his working with the youth in hopes of keeping them straight and out of the court system.

Kathleen Fabrey has dedicated her entire life to teaching and working with youngsters. She is the director of the S.M.A.R.T. Camp Juvenile Court Program and is a certified aerobics, kick-boxing, karate, judo, and self-defense instructor. Kathy is a 7th Degree Black Belt and has been internationally recognized. In 2001, she was the recipient of the "Pinnacle Of Success Award" and in 2000 was awarded the "Woman of the Year" from the International Martial Arts Association.

Joseph Fabrey is a Fourth Degree Black Belt instructor who provides an inspiration for training in the youth programs.

Rich Wilson is a Fourth Degree Black Belt and a member of the Port St. Lucie Police Department that is assigned to community self-defense training.

Dawn Fabrey is a Third Degree Black Belt in charge of our fund raiser charity tournaments such as our annual St. Jude's Children's Hospital Tournament.

All assistant staff instructors are personally trained by Hanshi and Shihan Fabrey. They are recognized as the finest assistant instructors in the martial arts.
